While completing leadership training as a police officer in Berlin, Germany, Max had the opportunity to serve abroad with the St. Petersburg Police Department. During that experience, he discovered more than a new place to work—he discovered a community, a lifestyle, and a future that inspired an entirely new chapter.
In 2025, Max and Emily made the life-changing decision to move their family across the Atlantic, investing their life savings into building both a home and a business in Florida. Their daughter, Lucy, made the journey with them, and their son, Cody, was proudly born here in Florida.
